JRB fully understands that both budget and schedule will always be ‘high priority’, but equally as important are the relationships that we forge with our clients. Concerns such as spotting architectural design problems and even structural concerns before the bid process, as well as making sure what’s been presented by the architect is exactly what they’re looking for artistically. In larger commercial projects, often the city or the town will be involved in that early process but with smaller commercial and residential projects, it’s left to ownership and the design team.
